Oaktree associates provide accommodation solutions for insurers policy holders. We are specialists in arranging both planned and emergency accommodation, providing short, medium and long term alternative accommodations solutions for policy holders should their home become uninhabitable for days, weeks or several months. We arrange reliable, efficient and quality temporary housing, which are tailored to their needs.
Disasters can strike anywhere, at any time and take many forms. We are prepared to assist immediately when these unfortunately occur. Supplying our clients with vital specialised support and expertise and ensuring we provide suitable solutions is our business’ main aim.





Once we have logged your instruction, we manager the entire accommodation aspect of a claim on your behalf. We will contact the policy holder within 15 minutes of receiving the instruction and offer them an accommodation solution within the same day. We will send them access to our secure digital portal, adhering to GDPR, where they can access the basic details of their claim, the claims handler will also have access to our portal to view and update this information.
We keep all parties informed and will contact you before the panned end date to check if an extension is required. This ensures that customers are never left without a roof over their head.

We have contracts throughout the UK with multiple accommodation companies, including hotels, holiday lets and rentals, providing housing solutions with every eventuality and every unique family situation. We also offer complementary services such as removals and packing, storage and furniture hire.
